Will my order get obligated duty at Customs? And if I end up paying Customs Duty, is there a reimbursement for it?

Customs conditions differ from each countries and it's supposed to be considered on consumer's side before making an order from overseas.

To pay duties is basic mandatory and it's not our responsibility of reimbursement.

Please check your country's customs regulation first, before making orders.

There are important check points

1. Cosmetics are in the category of list-clearance.

- If it is not for list-clearance, Customs open the parcel and check the content. This is important because we declare the value of the small parcels as USD10 and when Customs open the parcel they may get suspicious about the products' value. And this case can cause delay in delivery or even return of the parcel.

2. Tax free limit and duty rate, VAT rate for cosmetics.

- As we mentioned above, we declare the value as USD 10 for small packages. This is for customers to avoid high obligation fee. But It can happen that Customs catch a random parcel to investigate. In this case they will want to know exact amount of the parcel including shipping fee to obligate duty. Please be aware of Customs duty rate and VAT rate.
