I'm in my twenties. I have combination skin and usually have pimples on my chin area. You can see that it lightens the pimple marks slowly. When I got new pimples, it took time for my skin to heal and to lighten the marks, my friends knows that like 1 month its still there. I think this is a good cream for blemishes or the dark spots but not on an active pimple.
