These eyeliners are excellent in quality: very pigmented, water-proof, soft and blendable but dry to a smudge-free powder finish. I have no complain, though I wish they have more colors! I use these eyeliners more for everyday makeup because they're tug-free, and the colors are beautiful.

However, out of 6 eyeliners (yep, I bought them all), 3 arrived unsealed! All of them have grey coating over the products, and one liner's tip looked like it was mold. I had to sharpened them before testing the colors on my arm, and I am honestly afraid to be using them on my eyes.

I seriously hope you would check your products better before sending them out.
