I really like the product overall.  It does absorb oil but I am really oily so I need to reapply every few hours.  I don't really wear makeup but I can use this for the last step of skin care to prevent getting oily.  

Con: When I got the product in the mail the powder was everywhere and all over the packaging.  The powder will get everywhere so don't expect really good packaging.

But I do like the powder puff it comes with and the quality of the powder is fantastic.  It's very good for absorbing oil so I recommend you buy it unless you really can't stand the powder getting everywhere.
