I have tried countless western eyeliners and not a single one was even half as good as this. Usually, every eyeliner I buy dries out in 2 months, but this one lasted me for more than 6. It is really water proof, but you have to give it some time to set. I have also noticed that like many of Korean mascaras it seems to be easily removable with hot water, but doesn't budge when cold water is applied.
