This is a physical sunscreen based on titanium dioxide, not chemical, so if sunscreens make your eyes water, this is a great choice.  I switched to it from Neutrogena after having it sting my eyes, but I can apply EyeNLip Pure Perfection right on my eyelids with no trouble.  I do find that if I use it with a liquid eyeshadow primer that it grips too much and I can't blend the shadow, but that it works well with a powder primer instead.
