This cream saved my skin after a horrible reaction to a foundation. I had so many large and painful pimples after trying out a new foundation and was using my normal skincare routine to try to calm everything down but nothing was helping. This finally came in the mail and I was very desperate so I used this right away hoping that it would help. I woke up the next day and my face was less red and the pimples were not painful anymore. The next night a slathered this on and woke up to significantly smaller spots. After my third day of using this, all the pimples are gone and I am currently working on fading the dark spots. I will definitely be stocking up on this.
