Bought as a gift for my mom (age 52, puffy eyes). We tested the eye patches together, for me there were not much visible difference, maybe because i am young (24) and I don't have very noticeable dark circles or puffiness, but for my mom, after the first use, her eyes looked soooo much brighter and the puffiness decreased considerably!!! She looked like after a good night's rest, it really made a difference (and that only in 30 min :D)
So if you have puffy eyes, try this for sure.
 Note: Take into account it has a mild smell (not bad, typical of cosmetics) but it might irritate your eyes a bit. If you have very sensible eyes better be cautious. For me it was ok, my eyes got used to it pretty fast. My mom's eyes, on the other hand, felt a bit uncomfortable at the beginning and later on she adjusted to the smell and feeling. We had no irritations whatsoever.
