I used them and I wait for 10 days and my feet start peeling just from the up, and my heel and sole become sooo hard and tough, and I had to wait more and nothing happened till I put my foot in warm water for an hour and I used a helping tool to remove the dead skin, I had a hard time seeing my foot like that, I don't recommend it, sorry to say that
