The blue brightening milk version is a really nice toner, especially for the price. It hydrates well (I use three layers) and makes my skin feel smooth and velvety. I'm not sure if it really brightens in the long term (I think the lactic acid in milk protein is not enough for that), but it definitely helps to calm down and even out my skin tone. It is quite heavily fragranced though, so if you're sensitive, this isn't for you. The scent itself, I would describe as flowery baby powder maybe... I don't mind it. The bottle cap is nice as you can flip it (no need to screw) and the bottle is pretty big so it'll last for a long time. For the price it is a steal. I really like it. It also doesn't clog my pores, to which I am prone, even though I have dry skin. This is a very good basic toner.

UPDATE: After using half a bottle of this toner I am even more in love with it. It made my skin so smooth, when I used to have problems with clogged pores on my forehead, but it has gotten so much better since I started using this toner... This is seriously the best toner ever, now I need to try the rest of the line <3
