I tried out this toner after Gothamista (youtuber) recommended it as a budget-friendly and very hydrating toner. I was not disappointed! This toner is extremely hydrating for my dry skin. It has a slight scent but you can't smell it once you apply it on your skin. I use this for the 7 skin method. My skin has considerably gotten smoother and dewy. I would highly recommend this to anyone. This is my holy grail toner. Definitely will be purchasing again!
