A refreshing treat for the skin! This is very helpful during those times when I "overprocess" my skin or even overexfoliate it (lesson learned: slowly introduce new products to skin). When I want to give my skin a break, this is the only product I use (plus sunscreen in the morning). I just massage this very gently to my face morning and night, and my skin ends up very soft and calm. It definitely calms down redness. I do that daily until my face "recovers" from redness or irritation. A go-to product when I need to soothe my skin. Gentle enough for my kids, too. This is a staple product in my stash.
