Ампулы на длинные волосы мне хватило на 2 раза. Помыть волосы шампунем, подсушить немного полотенцем, потом нанести средство, можно под шапочку можно без нее. Держать не стоит больше 10 минут, все смыть и высушить волосы. Волосы становятся мягче, блестят, расчесываются легче, накопительного эффекта нет.
