I basically gave up my search for an eyeliner because of my super oily eye lid, until I came across this one. It goes on smoothly, colour/pigmentation is on point, zero to tiny little smudge.
But I just can't sharpen it. It's too soft, it breaks every time I try to sharpen it. I wish it came in the twisting form.
