I knew that this product was not going to be very pigmented when I bought it because I had read reviews online for it so I am not going to say anything about that. What I will say is what it looks like on the skin. Its basically tinted glitter. I think it can look very pretty over the same color eyeshadow ( that actually has a pigment to it) or if you really like a very subtle look to your make up you can just use it by itself. I love etude house products especially the eye product and I think this was a very unique eye product. I am giving it 6/10 stars.
