I have tried both Mineral powder and Mineral pact from Innisfree. It is the best powder that I have ever tried. The color is white when looking by naked eye but it is somewhat translucent on the skin. It suits me well because all other powders that have some kind of pigment usually turn orange on my skin. It helps to keep the sebum quite well and gives kind of smooth feeling to the skin. The powder version in comparison with the pact version is better for me because the pact seems to run out quickly. The powder version is "only" 5 grams but you only need a small amount of the product to powder your entire face.
