Currently, We have had a recent influx of emails that our customers did not receive our confirm mails.
And we found out that most of them are using Gmail.
So, If your registered e-mail address is Gmail, please kindly check your gmail account following below :
** If you could not see any Spam mails in your mail index, you can set the label to check the spam mailbox as below :
Log-in your gmail > Settings > Labels > Spam - Show if unread > Check □'Show in IMAP'.
Mails are being filtering by gmail Policy, automatically.
So, Please refer to the instructions below and measure gmail setting :
1. Register the sender email address ( jmyho59@gmail.com ) in gmail contacts.

2. Click the "Not Spam" button for our confirm mail in your spam mailbox.
3. Set the filter for our confirm mail to receive it in your mail box from now on.
