I have never tried the older version of this concealer, so I can't compare but the new one seems really good.
At first I felt it wasn't anything special compared to other cream concealer, but I actually feel that #1 covers my dark circles (which is really bad) much better than my other concealers, and it's not that hard to blend out. I like that the texture is kind of matte, because I have oily skin and it doesn't ''slide'' after hours.

It's also pretty long lasting, but I'm sure it will last longer if I use setting powder. I am sure it does cover acne spots well, but I can't testify for that since I have no trouble spots. It does cover pigments very well though. Overall I love this concealer, Aritaum doesn't fail to impress me and it's really high coverage for its price, better than other drugstore and high brand concealer I've tried in the past. I'm still open finding new ones, but this one is my favorite so far.
