USELESS!!

I ordered the pencil with the 'added option' of the sharpener.


I waited patiently for one month only for it to WITHOUT the sharpener I paid for


I explained the situation to Beautynet Korea and they sent 'a partial' refund for the sharpener.


I believe if they are offering the product with an added option of a sharpener, they should at least double check before sending it out.


Now I am stuck with a pencil I cannot sharpen or use

It has been a total waste of my time and money...
