I purchase this thinking it was a primer ..sadly it is not a primer be aware.
The color is very beautiful and make a nice base . This is a cream eyeshdow and do not blend easily with podwer eyeshadow.
Keep in mind.
It is not harsh or irritating. The color is shear and shinny.
would buy again.
