You can see the results in the first week, the lashes get soft flexible and stronger.
Daily I had to remove my makeup so at least a day 1-2 lashes falled off my eyes sometimes (not kidding) fell 4 per eye TT-TT

Now a week* yes per WEEK 1-2 lashes fall off (pretty good than before) plus, they seem fuller, larger and they're really soft. I gave my mom the other bottle and she loved it! she has short and not much lashes and she really saw a big difference, so I totally be buying this again for both of us!
