This is pretty good for getting stray hairs to stay down, I have curly hair, and all the stray hairs that I have make it look messy when I tie it back.  It's been very helpful for at least reducing the amount of hairs. Its pretty small however, about as big as my hand, while you don't need to use too much, I wish that there was a bigger option available. I'd probably get it again, though, as it's not too bad for the price.
