I bought brown liner. Not sure whether it's an overall formula problem or it's just this particular item but this liner gives patchy application and is very watery. I had the same liner just in black color and didn't witness same problem.
Besides that, color is beautiful dark chocholate brown, reflects light. When applied, it's long lasting and smudge free. Despite the difficult application, it's a nice budget liner.
