Interesting concept and vivid color! The packaging looks adorable - a tiny bottle with a fine powder inside. But as soon as you apply it on the lips the texture changes and the powder becomes somehow fluid and leaves a soft yet vibrant stain. Does not dry my lips and the color last for a quite long period of time.
