I've been using this product for almost 2 years and it has become an absolute staple for me.
I use it daily (mornings only) and one pump does the trick.
It's fast absorbing and gives an extremely subtle matte effect. It does thin the sebum but does not reduce the production.
It's exfoliating properties are extremely gentle but effective as I notice it helps to soften any texture issues.
It doesn't feel heavy for fight against the moisturizer, but does leave a very temporary feeling of the skin being covered by a "film" which I attribute
to it's sebum control properties.
Most importantly it is effective at gently and slowly reducing the appearances of hyper-pigmentation. Which means this is dark/brown skin friendly.
It manages to handle dark spots without bleaching the rest of the skin which is important if you are a melanin-infused individual.
Not one has this product ever contributed to a breakout but has actively helped to reduce and prevent them while provided light moisture.
Fragrance- free ensures that it's sensitive skin friendly and with a comprehensive ingredients list you can actively see if there are any particular
ingredients that personally effect your skin.
Works well with a plethora of skincare. Locks in my moisturizing toners/lotions/skins, and works well with both light gel and heavy cream type moisturizers and
sunscreens.
Over time the sebum-controlling properties become less effective (due to your skin getting used to it), but it's still a helpful step towards oil control.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this product. I tried the full-sized product the first time around because I really wanted the sebum controlling properties,
but I highly recommend purchasing a set or two of the samples in order to witness how it reacts to the skin and the rest of your routine.
